Real Estate Experience

We resolve disputes involving the rights of property and business owners in real estate purchases and rentals. We handle title issues, co-owner disputes, adverse possession, real estate insurance disputes, claims of nondisclosure of defective conditions, real estate broker and property inspection malpractice claims, and construction litigation. We represent property owners in tenant litigation and defend wrongful eviction and habitability suits brought by tenants.

Arbitration and ADR Experience

In addition to having alternative dispute resolution experience through court supervised arbitration and arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, Our attorney have served as a Municipal Court, Judges pro tempore for the San Francisco Municipal Court and have presided over jury trials as judges. Members of our firm have acted as judicial arbitrator and mediators for various courts.
